Our story

Reliable, honest and affordable service in one team with over 80 years experience.

Founded in 2013, RPR was built on the belief that architecture, planning and construction should work together — not in isolation. Over more than a decade we have grown from just providing architecuture and planning services into a firm that covers the full project lifecycle, from initial feasibility and design through to planning consent, building regulations, structural engineering and construction on site.

Our team combines in-house architectural designers, planning consultants, structural engineers and experienced construction project managers and tradesmens. This means our clients benefit from joined-up thinking at every stage — and a single point of accountability from first sketch to final sign-off.

What we bring

Our team

The people behind your project.

RPR is a close-knit team of architectural designers, planning consultants, structural engineers and construction professionals — all working together under one roof.

Managing Director

Ray Reilly

Ray is the Founder and Managing Director of RPR. He has over 20 years' experience in construction, initially in groundworks before moving into the residential and property sector. Ray holds a degree in Planning and Urban Design with a further Diploma in Architecture and Interior Design. Since qualifying in 2007 he has worked in London as a Planning and Senior Planning Officer across three councils, and with private sector architectural practices, before setting up RPR near the end of 2013 to provide an all-in-one practice covering Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design and Project Management. In that time he has overseen hundreds of projects through various phases from feasibility to completion for household, property development and commercial clients across London and the Home Counties. One of Ray's main specialities is his knowledge of Planning and Urban Design — maximising the planning potential of development sites and managing dealings with council planning departments. He also particularly enjoys working on homeowner projects, helping clients realise the full potential of their homes and carrying this through to fruition on site. He has established relationships with building contractors, trades and suppliers and has successfully managed and delivered a number of construction projects on site.

Laura Floris

Laura holds a degree in Architecture and a Master's in Sustainable Architecture. She has 12 years' experience in the field, initially working in Italy before moving to London in 2014 where she has since amassed 9 years of UK experience across a varied range of projects. Laura has been with RPR for over three years; her role generally focuses on drafting residential projects for homeowners and property developers. She has a keen eye for design detail, approached with a pragmatic, function-before-form philosophy to ensure that each home works for the client and within their budget. Laura is highly proficient in the latest design technologies including Revit, Archicad and SketchUp.

Architectural Designer & Interior Designer

Saadain Khan

Saadain holds a degree in Architecture and joined RPR in 2023, bringing with him 7 years' experience working abroad on a varied range of projects — one of the most notable being the impressive Emaar The Views development in Karachi. He assists with the production of planning and building regulations drawings and deals with on-site project management with contractors. Saadain has a keen eye for detail and specialises in interior design, using the latest 3D technologies including Revit, SketchUp and Lumion to transform spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments tailored to each client's needs. An avid traveller and passionate photographer, his motorcycle touring adventures across diverse locations around the world give him a unique perspective on architectural styles and design from various cultures.

Party Wall Surveyor & Structural Designer

Sean Currie

Sean is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years' experience in surveying and project construction. He has been working with RPR for a number of years, assisting on a range of projects — principally residential extensions and conversions — where he provides input towards structural design and building regulation compliance. Sean is also a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and carries out all of RPR's Party Wall Surveys as and when required.

BIM & Structural Technician

Arnas Martinkus

Arnas holds a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering and has over 12 years of experience in construction, the majority of which has been with a range of structural engineering firms in London. He specialises in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and assists RPR with a range of services, particularly the technical specifications of construction projects, structural design and building regulations compliance.

Pauline assists with the general day-to-day running of the practice, project timelines, administration and general client relations. She holds a degree and background in Media and a secondary postgraduate qualification in Primary School Teaching. Pauline brings a broad range of working experience accumulated over 25 years — firstly in media, then principally within primary school teaching, and also in office management and administration across the construction and haulage sectors.
