Project overview
RPR designed and managed a planning application for the installation of two classroom units at Arbor Park Sports Ground, providing dedicated facilities for Special Educational Needs children in the local area. The project required careful consideration of the existing sports ground context, the needs of the SEN users, and the requirements of the local planning authority. RPR prepared all architectural drawings and managed the planning application through to a successful consent, delivering a meaningful community benefit alongside the existing sports and leisure facilities at the site.
