JOD Haulage
Planning consent obtained for extensions and alterations to the existing waste transfer facilities including extensions to existing building, new warehouse structures and installation of a new biomass boiler with associated flue to improve facilities and overall operations at the site.
Project overview
RPR secured planning permission for a comprehensive programme of extensions and alterations to JOD Haulage's existing waste transfer facilities. The consented scheme included extensions to the existing building, the construction of new warehouse structures, and the installation of a new biomass boiler with associated flue — all designed to improve the operational efficiency and overall capacity of the site. Working through a complex planning policy landscape, RPR coordinated all technical inputs including transport, environmental and operational impact assessments, and managed the planning application through to a successful decision. The result is a significantly enhanced facility that supports the long-term growth of JOD Haulage's commercial operations.
