Widdington Recycling — RPR project

Project overview

RPR provided full architectural and planning services for Widdington Recycling's facility in Essex. The project comprised two key elements: extensions to the existing waste transfer facility to increase operational capacity, and the design and planning application for a new warehouse storage building on site. RPR prepared all architectural drawings, coordinated the supporting technical reports, and managed the planning application through to a successful consent. The new warehouse — constructed on a concrete retaining wall base with a steel portal frame — significantly expands the site's storage and operational capability, supporting the long-term growth of the business.
